Casual Community Support Worker

Delta Community Living Society is a non-profit organization that strives to provide the highest quality support services to people with developmental disabilities. We are currently recruiting for Casual Community Support Workers. As a Community support worker you will ensure the well being and promote the development of individuals, assisting with their physical, social, emotional, educational and recreational needs. As a result-oriented person that works with others to obtain desired outcomes, your manner promotes greater community interdependence and personal dignity. Applicants with mental health experience would be a great asset as well as those with experience in dealing with severe behavioural challenges.  You will possess a valid First Aid certificate, clear criminal record check and an unrestricted Class 4 driver’s license or the ability to obtain it within 3 months of employment.  Forward your resume and cover letter to the Human Resources Department via fax 604-940-9683 or email .
