Employment Consultant - Impact 2.0 Project

We are currently recruiting for a temporary part-time Employment Consultant internally referred to as a Project Consultant (contract until December 31, 2025) working 14 - 21 hours a week, Monday to Friday (schedule and hours of work are flexible). The Project Consultant will report to the Chief Executive Officer and offers a unique and exciting opportunity to support the IMPACT 2.0 project which is in its second phase of an innovative three-year project to support early interventions and improve employment outcomes for transitioning youth (16-19 years or Grades 10-13) with developmental disabilities and/or autism, who are preparing to move from secondary school to post-secondary school and/or employment. This position is ideal for a person with demonstrated employment experience supporting individuals to secure meaningful employment in the community.
