The team at Solutions Employment has been working hard to put together a new framework to support youth with developmental disabilities to transition to employment. The Leading Employment & Achieving Possibilities (LEAP) pilot project will partner peer coaches with job seekers to help facilitate the transition from school to employment. If you know a youth who might be interested in gaining experience as a peer coach, please send them our way!
