Inclusive hiring in the news!

Did you see this weekend's Vancouver Sun? It includes a great article about hiring people with developmental disabilities, and the positive outcomes for businesses that do so. DCLS continues to provide customized employment to employment-seekers following the pilot project mentioned in the article. We are proud to report that following the successful pilot, people we support have maintained employment, and the average wage among them has risen almost 17% in the past two years.
