Each day as people begin arriving at Scott Road Connections you can feel the increase in energy and excitement. The enthusiasm persons served and staff bring is the momentum that drives our creativity and desire to do better than we did yesterday.

What we do:

Scott Road Connections is a dynamic program site that offers three different programs with unique activity schedules: F2 or Focused on Friendships, Adventurers and Community Discovery. Each of the three programs offers a variety of life skills and recreational opportunities through schedules developed with input from every individual supported in the group. Some groups are supported to learn to explore their community more independently, while others experience new activities with a higher level of support. Several persons served with one-one support create their own schedules, and regularly join the three group programs based on their interests.

Program schedule:

Hours occasionally change to support activities of participants. Typical program hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-3:00pm, with staff available from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Other programs run at the site:

Community Connector, Community Living Program, Life Skills, Recreation Program, Solutions Employment.
