What we do:

The Surrey Connections program places a strong emphasis on employment opportunities and life skills training to support members to become confident and independent in their communities. Many individuals are supported to maintain employment and members are regularly connected with staff from DCLS Solutions Employment and WorkBC for employment exploration. Members also spend time giving back to their community, volunteering at Northcrest Care Centre, collecting donations for the Food Bank and participating in the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup.

Program schedule:

Hours occasionally change to support member activities. Typical program hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-2:30pm, with staff available from 8:00am-4:00pm.
